Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be charged the full consultation fee.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.

Accepted payment methods may include debit, credit card, or electronic transfer.

Fees are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

Completed naturopathic consultations are non-refundable.

Refunds for products, services, or prepaid programs are subject to the Clinic's Refund Policy.

6. Insurance

Many extended health insurance plans include coverage for naturopathic services.

Patients are solely responsible for:
