Thrush

Pregnancy and the postpartum period are times of significant physical, hormonal, and emotional change. Whether you are preparing for your baby's arrival, navigating pregnancy, or adjusting to life after birth, your health and well-being are essential, not only for you but for your growing family.

At Transformation Clinic, we provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to support you throughout every stage of pregnancy and the postpartum journey. Our approach is individualized and designed to complement the care you receive from your obstetrician, midwife, family physician, or other healthcare providers.

Your care plan may include:

  • Personalized nutrition and lifestyle counselling

  • Pregnancy- and breastfeeding-safe nutraceuticals and botanical medicine, when appropriate

  • Laboratory assessment when clinically indicated

  • Education on healthy lifestyle practices during pregnancy and postpartum

  • Ongoing monitoring and support as your needs change

Every recommendation is carefully selected with consideration for pregnancy, breastfeeding, your medical history, current medications, and the safety of both parent and baby. We work collaboratively with your maternity care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.

Our goal is to help you feel supported, informed, and confident throughout your pregnancy and postpartum experience by promoting your health, recovery, and overall well-being.

Pregnancy and postpartum care should always include regular prenatal and postnatal medical care. Naturopathic medicine is intended to complement, not replace, the care provided by your obstetrician, midwife, family physician, or other qualified healthcare professionals.
